We are in search of a skilled and innovative CRM Campaign Manager with expertise in building automated multi-channel client messaging journeys, to support client lifecycle and marketing objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building and optimizing end-to-end campaigns in Braze, using the suite of messaging channels available within the platform.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in utilizing Braze to build and refine targeted campaigns, with a keen focus on automation, multi-channel, personalisation and client lifecycle. The candidate would have an innovative test and learn focused mindset and be able to brief and actively work with Product teams on technical & data requirements, QA and implementation to deliver new or enhanced capabilities.
Multi-channel Campaign Build
Take the lead in setting up campaigns across all Braze channels from initial concept to execution and automation.
Implement best practices for campaign setup, including audience segmentation, messaging and channel selection
Collaborate with colleagues in the Digital Team to support other users of Braze
Lifecycle
Analyse and review the client lifecycle, identifying pain points, friction and opportunity for improvement
Design and build dynamic lifecycle journeys to support clients at each stage of their journey with Christie’s
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and key performance indicators.
Develop comprehensive strategies for new campaigns, considering target audiences and desired outcomes.
Content Development and Personalization:
Implement segmentation strategies to tailor personalised content for specific audience groups.
Proven experience with liquid use within Braze
Employ A/B testing methodologies to optimize content performance.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Define key metrics for measuring campaign performance
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators.
Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
Platform Mastery:
Work with Product & Engineering on requirements to support the ongoing development and improvement of capabilities in Braze.
Act as the in-house Braze expert on campaign setup and execution.
Train and support team members in maximizing the capabilities of Braze / Act as the main Braze front-end user and train and enable the CRM team
Stay abreast of the latest Braze features and functionalities
3 years+ experience of using Braze to develop and implement CRM strategies and campaign automation
Examples of having built dynamic automated lifecycle journeys
Experience building campaigns using a wide variety of Braze channels
Proven experience in setting up personalised campaigns in Braze using liquid / connected content
Capable of editing HTML
Have previously worked with Product and Engineering teams to implement new campaign capabilities
A Braze certification
Familiarity with emerging trends in marketing automation and multi-channel campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
