Director, Revenue Intelligence

Join Epicor as a Director of Revenue Intelligence! The Director, Revenue Intelligence serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, including the General Manager and senior management team. This role is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s data and analytics vision, enabling data-driven decision-making, and delivering scalable analytics and business intelligence solutions that support company-wide objectives. This leader collaborates cross-functionally to improve business performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence through advanced analytics, data governance, and business intelligence capabilities.

What you will be doing:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence across the organization.

  • Serve as a key contributor to executive leadership, providing insights, direction, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Leverage AI to drive quality business outcomes and efficiency

  • Establish budgets, goals, and performance metrics aligned with organizational priorities.

Data & Analytics Execution

  • Develop and maintain scalable Business Intelligence architecture, ensuring data integrity across systems.

  • Establish tools, processes, and standards for data acquisition, normalization, and governance to ensure data quality and reliability.

  • Define requirements and oversee delivery of advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

  • Create and manage company-wide reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights into business performance and key metrics.

Business Partnership & Impact

  • Partner with internal business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to deeply understand processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Deliver insights related to strategic transformations, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including data integration, migration, and complex operational projects.

  • Build strategic partnerships to deliver analytics products and services aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Communication & Influence

  • Present insights, analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.

  • Influence priorities and enable effective decision-making across the organization.

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data architecture with strong AI lean

  • Experience with BI tools, advanced SQL, and scalable data processing systems

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Pivot) and MS Office tools

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, data modeling, and analytics methodologies

  • Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems through cross-functional collaboration and develop innovative solutions

  • Experience establishing data governance frameworks and ownership models

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution focus and continuous improvement mindset

What will set you apart:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields

  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably globally

  • 6+ years of relevant industry or specialized experience in a SaaS organization

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum: $163,000 USD Maximum: $277,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
