We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who can support an internationally operating sales team by processing customer orders, coordinating progress across departments, and managing a large pool of sophisticated demonstration equipment.
This role provides essential operational and administrative support to an internationally operating sales team, ensuring seamless coordination across events, logistics, and customer interactions. It involves actively managing a diverse pool of high‑performance demonstration equipment, maintaining exceptional standards of organisation and readiness. The position is responsible for accurately processing customer purchase orders within the ERP system, following established quality procedures while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
A key part of the role is maintaining clear communication of delivery updates, enabling timely and accurate customer engagement. Working closely with Sales and Customer Support, the role supports data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system and provides hands‑on operational and technical assistance for sales and marketing events. Success in this position relies on strong collaboration across multiple internal departments to support effective planning and communication.

Supporting an internationally operating sales team, with coordination in events planning and logistics preparation
Actively manage the large pool of equipment used in demonstration activities (includes high-performance camera systems, tools, test equipment and support equipment. Taking pride in detail while ensuring best in class capability)
Following quality system and evolving guidance to add purchase orders received from customers into the ERP system, with support from the sales team, whilst retaining authority to suggest and implement continued improvements
Maintaining coordination of customer delivery updates within the sales team and being an enabler in timely and accurate customer engagement
Support the Sales and Customer Support team with input and maintenance of data within the ERP system
Provide operational and technical support to sales‑ and marketing‑led events
Work collaboratively with a wide range of departments within the business for internal communication and planning
A keen interest in technology.
The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivating

The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Excellent computer skills, especially running systems such as MRP/ERP
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate challenges and coordinate with a range of departments
The ability to manage internal relationships to ensure that the business understands and can meet customer needs
