We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enable insight-driven decision-making. This role will lead critical sales operations functions, including analytics, processes, tools, and reporting, while helping the organization translate data into actionable business strategies.
Lead and optimize sales operations strategy, including tools, processes, and automation across the full sales lifecycle (pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and reporting)
Own data, analytics, and reporting (including POS data), delivering actionable insights to improve sales and marketing performance
Standardize and enhance sales processes and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and IT to align systems, analytics, and business initiatives
Translate data into growth strategies through market analysis, customer segmentation analysis, and performance insights
Support customer engagement by developing insight-based selling tools, business reviews, and data-driven narratives
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding decision-making with clear, data-backed insights
Manage and optimize commercial programs (e.g., pricing agreements, rebates, and sales incentive plan)
Build organizational capability by coaching teams on tools, processes, and data-driven decision making
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a technical field (CS/IS)
3–5 years of sales operations experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct sales and distribution models
Proven track record of improving sales performance through scalable processes, tools, and analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Administer level experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), and analytic/reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
Experience coaching and developing teams to build data-driven capabilities
