Sales Enablement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support merchant acquisition, onboarding, and servicing activities across in-store and e-commerce payment solutions. Working closely with Sales teams, banking partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless, accurate, and efficient merchant experience throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle.

How You 'll Make an Impact

• Manage merchant onboarding activities from application submission through approval, implementation, and activation across in-store and e-commerce payment solutions.

• Act as a key point of contact for merchants, Sales teams, banking partners, and other stakeholders, providing guidance on payment solutions, processes, and documentation requirements.

• Support commercial activities by preparing pricing proposals, repricing requests, and tender/RFP documentation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology to resolve merchant requests and ensure seamless customer experience.

• Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support to Sales teams, bank representatives, and partners to drive operational excellence and commercial effectiveness.

• Contribute to process improvements, system testing initiatives, and onboarding enhancements that improve efficiency, service quality, and merchant satisfaction.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in Sales, Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Merchant Services, Banking, or a similar commercial role.

• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, financial services, process improvement, or UAT environments will be considered an asset.

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

• Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without employer sponsorship.

• Basic understanding of generative AI tools and their practical application in a business environment. This includes using AI responsibly to improve efficiency, support decision-making, generate content, analyze information, and automate routine tasks while maintaining appropriate data privacy and quality standards.
