As Sales Enablement Manager, you will support the global sales organization with structured onboarding, training, and enablement programs that help sales teams operate effectively and consistently.
To deliver this, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams, translating go‑to‑market priorities and business needs into clear, field‑ready enablement. You will report to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and work as part of a globally distributed enablement team.
Design and continuously improve sales onboarding programs across sales roles
Accelerate time‑to‑productivity through structured onboarding and training
Develop and deliver ongoing training and coaching initiatives
Coordinate subject matter experts and structure enablement content
Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement with business priorities
Work closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams
Own enablement programs, from definition to delivery and measurement
Establish feedback loops with the field to validate relevance and impact
Track enablement metrics such as ramp time, adoption, and behavior change
Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and guides
Structure and govern enablement content across tools and channels
Ensure sellers have easy access to relevant content along the buyer journey
Act as a gatekeeper for enablement communication and training cadence
Identify friction points in sales execution and address them with enablement solutions
Support partner enablement initiatives where relevant
Drive continuous improvement through best practices and emerging technologies, including AI‑driven enablement
Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related commercial role
Practical knowledge of B2B SaaS sales processes and buyer journeys
Experience designing and running onboarding and enablement programs
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally without formal authority
Structured, organized working style with ownership mindset
Analytical approach to measuring enablement impact
Familiarity with modern enablement and productivity tools (CRM, LMS, CI)
Exposure to AI‑powered tools for enablement, training, or analysis
Comfort working in a global, international environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
