We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our global Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Legal and Finance teams to ensure streamlined processes, accurate reporting, and successful collaboration across departments.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the global Sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes forecasting, workflows.
Collaborate with Sales operations team to ensure data quality and process improvements within Salesforce.
Provide scheduling of invoices/billing process and coordination with Different departments on correct billing.
Renewal follow-up on Salesforce and pipeline update.
Focal point in Sales operations for specific company projects (tenders, European union projects etc.)
2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance, preferably within the Tech industry/Consulting/Banking.
Experience in handling CRM systems.
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate complex datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Fluent in both English and Greek (written and spoken).
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
Self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
