As a Salesforce nCino Functional Consultant Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications - Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly - Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client business processes - Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations - Engaging in business process modeling to identify opportunities for process standardization - Offering technical consultation and support for enterprise software and systems project management - Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in Salesforce consulting services - Building meaningful client connections and managing complex client engagements - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes - Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations - Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration - Embracing change and innovation in technology solutions
