We’re now looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Manchester team — someone who can bring structure, clarity, and commercial rigour to how we win and manage business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to sales, finance, and large-scale technology projects.
You’ll sit at the heart of our commercial engine — supporting both new business bids and existing customer engagements.
Support the development of pricing models and commercial proposals
Help structure and manage bids, tenders, and sales activities
Work closely with sales, finance, and delivery teams on project costing and accounting
Track and analyse commercial performance across projects and accounts
Bring consistency and structure to sales processes, documentation, and reporting
Help ensure deals are commercially sound and financially viable
Get hands-on with real commercial deals and large-scale projects
Work across sales, finance, and delivery — not siloed
Build skills in pricing, negotiation support, and commercial strategy

You might be:
An analyst who enjoys working with numbers and people

Strong numerical and analytical skills (comfortable with pricing, costs, margins)
Highly organised — you bring structure where there isn’t any
Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Able to work across teams and communicate clearly
Exposure to bids, tenders, or contract pricing
Experience with project accounting or financial modelling
Background in technology, SaaS, or infrastructure environments
