Sales Operations Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile market, customer, and industry data to support sales operations.

• Perform basic sales and market data analysis and create presentation materials for leadership reviews.

• Conduct basic market research and monitor industry news, technology trends, and competitor activities.

• Implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) for sales utilization, including Agent, AI assistant, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Prefer talents who are currently pursuing the Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Good data collection, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, a plus if familiar with AI tools utilization.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Interest in business analytics, sales operations, and Artificial Intelligence, proactive in communication.
