Marketing Automation Specialist - Office Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria

In this position, you will join a growing marketing and communications team, and will have responsibility for utilising marketing automation tools, working with marketing campaign managers and the Digital Operations Manager to deliver campaigns that result in the creation and optimisation of lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing programs to develop qualified sales leads, drive customer engagement and create brand awareness.
Manage marketing automation development phases including: requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration and advanced administration, ongoing identification and implementation of best practices.
Drive and manage email marketing process: email build and testing, scheduling, segmentation and list management, resends and retargeting. Increase open & click through rates, reduce opt outs / unsubscribes & hard bounces.
Support execution of marketing campaigns including customer journeys & campaign flow builds, email marketing, website landing page and form creation, testing, tracking, etc.
Optimise lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing programs, including testing and analysis of workflow, content, identifying tactics for further improvement
Oversee reporting programs on lead scoring, and hand over of marketing qualified leads to CRM (Salesforce) for sales lead qualification, pipeline value and revenue results
Develop and maintain dashboards of key success metrics for campaign and executive reporting. Contribute to preparation of regular and adhoc reporting presentations
Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers to identify campaign opportunities, demand generation performance patterns and future opportunities - and providing input to marketing plans
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales & Sales Operations and lead initiatives on systems integration and process alignment between digital marketing channels, the marketing automation toolset and CRM
Collaborate with external agencies on dashboard development, database governance and hygiene, any required technical development
Collaborate with the Head of Digital Operations and Creative Designers on implementation of any required website development or creative assets within email campaigns and landing pages
Document processes and provide internal training on Marketing Automation tools and processes to colleagues
Experience of managing marketing automation technology platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce
Experience of business intelligence or analytics dashboard tools
Strong analytical skills
Relevant Bachelor's degree such as Marketing
Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural matrix structure environment.
Flexibility and the ability to manage a wide range of projects simultaneously are vital.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IT literacy, including experience of CRM and marketing automation technologies, web publishing and HTML, Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI.
Experience within a client service orientated marketing environment (e.g. marketing agency, professional services firm or B2B environment) preferred.
