Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at solving complex technical challenges. You'll be the technical architect behind transformational HubSpot implementations, working with diverse clients to design and execute sophisticated solutions that drive measurable business growth.
As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex multi-system integrations, providing strategic consulting services, executing advanced project management initiatives, and supporting high-stakes sales and presales activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and optimizing intricate HubSpot configurations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring successful platform adoption that delivers substantial ROI for our clients.
This role demands someone who adapts to new technologies and learning client industries quickly, while managing multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously. You'll need to deliver results that exceed expectations, all while maintaining our commitment to Radical Candor and data-driven excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Complex Implementation Management: Design, configure, and optimize sophisticated HubSpot environments for mid-market businesses with intricate sales processes, multiple business units, and advanced automation requirements
Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance on HubSpot best practices, identifying opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth acceleration
Advanced Integration Leadership: Manage complex third-party integrations, API configurations, and custom solution development
Client Success Partnership: Serve as the primary technical advisor for implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable business outcomes
Rookie Mindset Learning: Quickly master new HubSpot features, client industry nuances, and emerging technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions
Data-Driven Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams using data to guide decisions and ensure holistic client experiences
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Advanced HubSpot Expertise: Deep proficiency in HubSpot's full suite of tools with ability to configure complex workflows, custom objects, and advanced reporting
Complex Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of successfully implementing intricate technical solutions under tight deadlines
Strategic Consulting Acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend transformational improvements
Project Management Excellence: Experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects with competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
Rapid Learning Capability: Exceptional ability to quickly master new technologies, platforms, and industry-specific requirements
Sales & Presales Experience: Background supporting high-value client engagements and technical sales processes
Fast-Paced Environment Expertise: Proven success in dynamic, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot Certifications: Multiple HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture, Implementation, Revenue Operations)
Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, and other enterprise platforms
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and database management
Industry Knowledge: Experience with B2B SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, or other mid-market verticals
Advanced Degrees: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
