Join us as a Salesforce Engineer, where your expertise in Salesforce development and application maintenance will be key to delivering innovative digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems, ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce-based applications in line with organizational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to customize and enhance Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Evaluate and recommend tools, modules, and features to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and organizational guidelines for Salesforce implementation.
Provide technical support, training, and documentation to stakeholders for Salesforce applications.
A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Proven experience in Salesforce development, including designing and maintaining Salesforce applications.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, modules, and APIs for integrations.
Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems and application maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
