Scope of Position
Using strong communication skills and effective deadline management, Sales Operations will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and job functions while accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
The District Sales Operations role supports all Business Development efforts within the district and serves as a key contributor to marketing initiatives, sales enablement, pipeline visibility, reporting, customer engagement activities, and strategic growth initiatives.
Reports to: District Sales Manager
Key Deliverables
Sales Support
Support and attend weekly district sales meetings.
Manage and distribute sales leads.
Organize sales training sessions for the district.
Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with the sales team.
Reporting
Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives and data integrity.
Act as a local expert and advocate of Sales Enablement tools.
Bids
Facilitate bid organization and responses for regional bid owners, including executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting, deadline management, and quality control.
Act as a local resource for bid coordination and facilitation.
Events
Coordinate and deliver customer-facing district events for the Business Development teams.
Analyze survey responses and event feedback.
Marketing
Act as a local advocate for templates, branding guidelines, and communication standards.
Support local marketing initiatives and business development campaigns.
Coordinate and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletter communications alongside Regional Sales Operations.
Support the creation of presentations, commercial content, and customer-facing materials.
FDI & Strategic Initiatives
Coordinate and manage the local FDI agenda, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Track opportunities, follow-ups, and action items to maintain momentum and visibility.
Support execution of customer visits, including logistics, preparation, and post-visit follow-up.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility by registering visits, opportunities, and key updates in CRM tools.
Support market research and identification of target accounts within FDI initiatives.
Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and communication.
Personal Growth
Attend training and development sessions to understand Sales and Sales Operations requirements.
Work closely with Regional Sales Operations and GEO Sales Operations.
Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of Business Development efforts within the district and region.
Required Qualifications
Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong marketing and commercial mindset.
Experience creating presentations, commercial content, marketing materials, or customer-facing communications.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability for results.
Highly proactive with strong execution capabilities.
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative in generating new ideas, opportunities, and solutions.
Ability to work off-site for local events and travel for trainings.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Experience with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Experience supporting Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Commercial Operations teams.
Experience coordinating customer events, executive visits, or marketing campaigns.
Experience creating executive presentations and commercial proposals.
Interest in market research, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and strategic growth initiatives.
