We are seeking an experienced AI & Marketing Operations Manager to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team. We're looking for a sharp, technically-minded marketer who sits at the intersection of AI, ecommerce, and operational execution. This is a new role on our growing DTC team, built for someone who can take high-level marketing strategy and turn it into working AI-powered systems, automated workflows, and connected tooling that actually ships. In this role, you will build out our AI infrastructure across multiple DTC properties. Right now, our team relies on manual processes and one-off solutions. Your job is to change that by designing, deploying, and maintaining a suite of agents and automations that scale our output without scaling headcount.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing and is currently based in our San Diego, CA office, with a planned transition to our new, state‑of‑the‑art Golf Technology headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.
Translate marketing and ecommerce strategy into functional AI agents, prompt workflows, and automation pipelines
Own the full lifecycle of AI tool deployment: scoping, building, testing, iterating, and documenting
Set up and manage integrations across our tech stack (Shopify, BigCommerce, analytics platforms, ad channels, CRM tools, and third-party APIs)
Write, refine, and maintain prompts and system instructions across multiple use cases including copywriting, reporting, customer journey workflows, and campaign analysis
Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across the team and prioritize them based on business impact
Analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of agents and workflows, and continuously improve them
Stay current on AI tooling, model capabilities, and best practices, and bring relevant recommendations to the team
Support the broader marketing team in adopting AI tools in their day-to-day work
3+ years in a marketing, ecommerce, or growth operations role, ideally within DTC or a performance-driven environment
Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, including prompt writing and multi-step workflow design
Familiarity with API integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar), and connecting disparate tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and use insights to drive decisions
Comfortable reading and writing basic code (Python or JavaScript a strong plus) even if you don't consider yourself a full engineer
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions, since you'll be translating between strategic intent and technical execution constantly
Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify especially) and marketing analytics tools is a significant advantage
Experience with Claude, MCP servers, or agentic workflow design specifically
Background in performance marketing, paid social, or ecommerce analytics
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or similar

Annual Salary: $123,000.00 - $135,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
