Our GTM engine runs on clean data, tight systems, and fast answers — and this role exists to own all three. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day health of our GTM tech stack while independently driving systems projects from intake through launch. You'll love this job if you're someone who spots a recurring Salesforce issue and doesn't just fix it — you eliminate it, then documents why it happened. GTM Support & Deal Desk: Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack — including deal process questions, user access, opportunity routing, approvals, and ad hoc troubleshooting.
Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes. Actively explore automation and AI tools to eliminate manual effort and improve GTM team efficiency.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects — gathering requirements, designing the solution, building, testing, documenting, and driving adoption.
Salesforce Administration: Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and data imports. Own user provisioning and access management across GTM systems.
Data Quality & Governance: Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth. Own data hygiene execution, data dictionaries, and cleanup projects.
Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, release notes, and new hire onboarding content for GTM systems.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements, improve workflows, and ensure changes land consistently across teams.
2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment.
Hands-on Salesforce experience including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports — not just familiarity.
Experience troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across connected GTM tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, sales engagement platforms, etc.).
Strong data quality instincts — enforcing data rules, managing hygiene projects, and keeping Salesforce a trusted source of truth.
Exposure to workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n) or genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations is a strong plus.
