Validating and processing customer orders, ensuring precise pricing, product information, and all necessary documentation are in place.
Managing the order backlog, coordinating fulfillment cycles, and supporting accurate, timely revenue booking activities.
Reviewing, verifying, and maintaining records for customer contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth order flow.
Ensuring on-time delivery and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance operational productivity.
Participating in automation initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1 – 3 years of revelent experience in order management or sales operations.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Proven ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks with strong ownership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience participating in process automation or system upgrade initiatives is a plus
Flexible to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
