This dual-role position combines responsibilities for sales operations support and pharmacy engagement. The role supports the Distributor Operation, and Key Account teams with reporting, administrative tasks, claims processing via Matrix, and stewardship support. Additionally, it involves direct engagement with central and local chain pharmacies through product detailing, knowledge sharing, and market insight reporting to enhance brand presence and assist in driving sales.
Accountable timely and accurate preparation of sales reports, administrative support, agency engagement and analytics for DO and Key Account teams.
Administer KA customer claims processes via Matrix, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
Support sales stewardship in PHC by coordinating compliance-related documentation and activities.
Assist in handling administrative tasks related to sales operations such as coordination of meetings, and follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify data or process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain and organize key sales documentation and materials.
Conduct product detailing visits to central and local chain pharmacies to provide clear, accurate product information and value propositions.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence collected from pharmacy visits with sales and marketing teams.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacy staff to support brand loyalty and product uptake.
Participate in or conduct product training sessions at headquarters or other venues as planned.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of all pharmacy visits, training, and product detailing activities.
Ensure effective communication with Territory Manager and other sales leadership regarding pharmacy engagements, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay current on product updates, industry regulations, and competitor activities to maintain knowledge expertise.
2-3 years of working experience in Sales Operations or Sales roles
Detail-oriented and operational with discipline with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales operations or as a pharmacy detailer is advantageous.
Expertise in AI or coding, experienced in simplifying & streamlining data
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales processes and pharmacy channel dynamics.
Experience with PowerBI, Excel (VBA & Macros) is a plus
