About you:

You care about getting the details right and you like knowing your work makes a real difference. You enjoy helping people understand how they’re paid and feel confident answering questions that can sometimes be sensitive. You’re comfortable working with data, systems and numbers, but you can also explain things clearly and calmly to a wide range of people. At Access, we’ll give you the chance to build deep expertise in sales compensation while working closely with teams across the business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for sales commission questions, helping people understand their payments and resolving issues around transactions, credits and system access.

  • Support commission calculations and payments, checking data is accurate, reconciling results and submitting everything on time for payroll.

  • Set up and maintain sales compensation plans in SPARQ, our sales compensation system, including targets, rates, accelerators and split rules agreed with leadership.

  • Produce analysis and reports that show how plans are performing, spotting trends and sharing clear insights with Sales, Finance, HR and Revenue Operations.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working with sales commissions, incentives or bonus plans, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-team environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working in spreadsheets and compensation or finance systems.

  • Experience testing systems or processes, such as user acceptance testing, and documenting issues clearly.

  • A practical mindset for improving processes, with an interest in automation and making things simpler for everyone involved.
