On behalf of one of our client, a specialized European technology company working at the intersection of data, AI, and cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers, we are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to strengthen the internal commercial engine. _100% Remote within Europe | English & German _ Our client partners with large organizations on highly consultative, long-cycle engagements. As they continue to scale their commercial function, they need someone who brings structure, discipline, and reliability to how opportunities are tracked, progressed, and closed.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys building order behind the scene, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, keeping pipelines clean, and giving leadership the operational backbone they need to focus on strategy and client conversations.
Important: This is not an SDR, cold-calling, or quota-carrying role. It is a commercial operations role focused on coordination, CRM ownership, and execution discipline.
Own the commercial coordination layer so that leadership and senior commercial colleagues can fully focus on opportunity strategy, client relationships, and deal progression - confident that the operational engine behind them is running smoothly.
Pipeline & CRM Ownership
Run the sales pipeline in HubSpot with a high standard of hygiene and data quality
Track opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps across all active deals
Support qualification, disqualification, and pipeline triage
Provide leadership with clean, reliable pipeline visibility at any moment
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal next steps across active opportunities
Keep momentum in commercial conversations โ prevent deals from stalling due to process gaps
Support event follow-up, lead tracking, and clean opportunity handovers
Align with leadership and cross-functional colleagues on priority deals
Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and commercial documents
Help structure decks, briefing notes, and meeting prep for active opportunities
Maintain core sales collateral (one-pagers, use cases, proposal building blocks)
Keep client-facing materials current, organized, and easy to find
Coordinate with external lead-generation partners
Track inbound leads and sourced opportunities through the funnel
Support follow-up and handover across partner channels
Monitor channel activity and contribute to basic effectiveness reporting
Prepare weekly pipeline and sales status overviews
Support commercial reviews and updates for leadership
Help refine internal sales workflows and process discipline
Contribute to a more structured, predictable commercial operating
2โ5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, business development support, or commercial coordination
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems โ HubSpot preferred
Confidence with Apple Keynote and other tools used to build polished client-facing materials
Comfortable working with project and coordination tools such as Monday.com
Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead-generation / contact management tools is a plus
Practical, confident use of GenAI tools to speed up drafting, structuring, and summarizing
Excellent organizational skills and strong follow-up discipline
High attention to detail and a natural fit for process-driven environments
Experience supporting proposals, decks, and other client-facing commercial materials
A structured, proactive, and highly reliable working style
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable supporting complex B2B sales processes from behind the scenes
Skilled at bringing structure into fast-moving, non-linear environments
