This newly forming Budapest-based Marketing Operations & MarTech Hub serves as a strategic execution engine for EMEA markets. Working across media, digital, data, content, websites, digital shelf and marketing effectiveness, the team enables consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across the region.
The Hub helps markets scale capabilities, simplify ways of working and continuously improve performance through shared expertise, standardised processes and regional collaboration.
Lead the operational and financial management of the EMEA Marketing Operations & MarTech Hub, creating the processes, visibility and insight needed to manage market demand, Hub performance and A&P effectively.
The role will consolidate information across markets and Hub capabilities into clear insights and recommendations for leadership, while partnering closely with FP&O, A&P Finance and global Marketing Operations & MarTech teams.
Own end-to-end Hub workflow management, including demand prioritisation, capacity planning, and process optimisation.
Lead EMEA A&P performance reporting, translating operational and financial data into actionable business insights.
Partner with Hub leadership, markets, and Finance teams to support investment, prioritisation, and performance decisions.
Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, and responsible AI adoption.
Lead operational planning activities and manage key reporting, governance, and analyst development responsibilities.
7+ years' experience in marketing/business operations, finance, programme management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Experience managing budgets, performance reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability to work effectively in regional/global matrix organisations.
Highly organised and proactive, with strong prioritisation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
