We’re hiring a Marketing Leader with a performance-driven, GTM engineering mindset to own and scale demand generation across outbound, inbound, and brand channels.
This is a hybrid Marketing Leader + Marketing Engineer role, where you will design and execute systems that directly generate pipeline not just leads.
You’ll leverage tools like Clay and Claude to build automated, signal-driven growth engines.
Own and scale MQL generation and pipeline contribution
Build signal-based marketing systems aligned with outbound GTM motions
Design and execute performance marketing campaigns tied to revenue
Use Clay to enrich data, orchestrate workflows, and power outbound/inbound campaigns
Leverage Claude for messaging, content generation, personalization, and workflow automation
Develop automated marketing systems using AI and no-code tools (e.g., n8n)
Optimize MQL → SQL conversion rates in collaboration with sales/GTM teams
Manage and optimize marketing spend and CAC efficiency
Drive content and campaign strategy with direct pipeline attribution
Analyze and iterate on cost per MQL and pipeline ROI
Must-Haves
Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
Hands-on expertise with Clay (non-negotiable)
Strong working experience using Claude for marketing, automation, or GTM workflows (non-negotiable)
Experience building automated GTM or marketing systems
Background in B2B SaaS or outbound-driven environments
Experience owning marketing budgets and performance metrics
Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models
Analytical mindset focused on pipeline, revenue, and unit economics
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
Familiarity with tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n
Experience working with GTM Engineering or RevOps teams
Deep interest in AI workflows, automation, and systems thinking
