Sales Operations Administrator
Philippines-Based | Remote Opportunity
Compensation: 80,000 php per month +10% night shift differential
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our global Sales Operations team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to streamline processes, improve data quality, optimize our sales technology stack, and provide insights that drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with Sales leadership to improve sales productivity through reporting, analytics, and operational support.
Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, sales stage progression, close rates, and forecast accuracy.
Analyze sales and marketing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
Support monthly business reviews and reporting for executive leadership.
Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of core sales processes.
Administer and optimize our sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and related platforms.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, governance, and compliance with company policies.
Support Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Support teams by resolving system and process questions.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and IT on 0ence is highly desirable.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience managing sales technology platforms and supporting CRM best practices.
Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as SharePoint or similar tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, or a related function
Strong experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data manipulation
Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-service mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
