ApplyBoard simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, international student advisors, and educational institutions on one personalized platform. For more than a decade, ApplyBoard's team members have been dedicated to breaking down barriers to international education, while thriving at a company that invests in their career growth. Our six core values guide us in our mission to educate the world, and are the foundation of our company culture. The CRM Junior Analyst is the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role acts as the primary technical resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that our CRM is configured to support high-performance workflows. By managing Tier 1 and 2 support, maintaining documentation in Zendesk/Confluence, and building the automation infrastructure for marketing campaigns, enabling our teams to scale efficiently without technical friction.
Manage the integrity of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including user permissions, property architecture, and data deduplication.
Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, resolving functional issues for HubSpot users across the organization.
Troubleshoot login issues, syncing errors between HubSpot and integrated tools, or adjusting user view permissions.
Identify and merge duplicate records or correct mass-upload errors to ensure reporting remains accurate.
Design, test, and maintain complex workflows and sequences to automate manual business processes and lead routing logic.
Audit and re-engineer legacy workflows to reduce "automation bloat," improving system speed and lead processing accuracy.
Provide technical oversight and support for marketing campaign structures and auditing email automation logic.
Diagnose why a specific marketing workflow failed to trigger for a subset of contacts and implement a technical fix to prevent recurrence.
Maintain a centralized, up-to-date technical knowledge base in Zendesk and internal process documentation in Confluence.
Develop a comprehensive "HubSpot Help" portal in Zendesk to empower end-users to solve common issues independently.
Decide on the hierarchy, tagging, and accessibility of support articles in Zendesk to ensure documentation is intuitive for different departments (Sales vs. Marketing).
Utilize Jira to track, prioritize, and report on technical requests, system bugs, and administrative projects.
Create standardized templates in Jira to streamline how the Marketing and Sales teams submit technical requests.
Evaluate the urgency and impact of competing Jira tickets to decide which system fixes or enhancements take priority for the business.
Evaluate whether a requested business outcome should be solved via a native HubSpot feature, a third-party integration, or a custom workflow.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal processes for Sales, Marketing and Support teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in HubSpot administration.
Experience supporting a multi-hub environment (CRM, Marketing, Service) is highly preferred.
