Commercial Enablement Trainer

We are currently seeking a Commercial Enablement Trainer. This role serves as a critical bridge between IT development teams and the Sales organization, responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs for digital business tools that enable sales effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with IT teams to understand digital business tool roadmaps, updates, and capabilities.

  • Ownership of the end-to-end training for the any new business AI tools or new Business Planning tools of the future.

  • Translate technical functionality into business-relevant training content for sales and cross-functional audiences with internal sales teams being the primary focus.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and commercial teams for training needs assessment.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for the owned digital business tool suite.

  • Create engaging training materials including user guides, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules where appropriate.

  • Deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new tool launches and ongoing capability building.

  • Training Support & Collaboration: Provide training support in partnership with the agronomy team for agronomy-focused digital tools, including:

  • Ensure agronomy training initiatives are integrated into sales training plans.

  • Coordinate recruiting, orientation, and developmental assignments in collaboration with HR, Sales Leadership, and Sales Trainers.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Agriculture, or Education preferred.

  • Experience: 7-10 years in sales, training, or business enablement roles.

  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and systems

  • Strong understanding of digital agronomy solutions and precision agriculture technology

  • Ability to quickly learn and teach new software applications.

  • AI-literate and AI-curious: Proactive interest in and understanding of how Artificial Intelligence can enhance business processes and training delivery.
