Key Responsibilities:
Implement real-time and batch data synchronisation across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.
Define and enforce data governance, including data retention rules.
Ensure data security and privacy align with organisational and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA as applicable).
Create scalable segmentation, activation pipelines to support personalization and analytics use cases.
Optimise data ingestion performance with monitoring, validation, and exception handling processes.
Hold Deep understanding of website personalization using Marketing Cloud Personalization including sitemap development.
Analyse data and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Develop automated data quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation processes to ensure reliable, trusted data for Agentforce and other AI capabilities.
Requirements:
5+ years in implementing Salesforce Clouds โ Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud.
Experience implementing solutions with Salesforce Data 360 - Data Model, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation, Data Kit, Data Action, Flows, Standard Connectors etc.
Experience of SOAP, REST, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud APIs.
Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, JavaScript, Handlebars and SQL is a must.
Proficiency in Apex customization and development within Salesforce.
Proven experience in web campaign development.
Experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization - JavaScript, SSJS (server side), HTML, CSS, Einstein Recipes, Campaigns.
Preferred:
Certified Data 360 Consultant
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator
MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud certifications
