AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and execute end-to-end enablement initiatives from the ground up, directly influencing the sales productivity and market success of our AECO segment across the diverse and fast-growing APAC region.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end enablement programs across APAC, including onboarding, skills development, and strategic sales initiatives.

  • Partner directly with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and translate business needs into practical, outcome-driven learning experiences.

  • Spearhead the design and launch of role-based onboarding for sellers, presales, and SDRs to ensure rapid time-to-productivity.

  • Manage Subject Matter Experts effectively to extract critical inputs and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful training content.

  • Track and report on program adoption and readiness, using data-driven insights to continuously evolve and improve enablement effectiveness.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or revenue-facing roles within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to drive complex programs independently with a strong execution mindset and minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across diverse cultures and time zones.

  • Highly structured and concise communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for various sales audiences.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on experience with enablement platforms and learning tools such as LMS, CRM, or content management systems.

  • A proactive, self-authored approach to work with a focus on long-term business impact over simple activity.

Logistics:

Location: Malaysia or Thailand (In-Office -- 4 days)

Travel Requirement: 15%
