Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst, specializing in Go-To Market Enablement reporting, to support and accelerate the productivity of our Go-To Market organization. In this role, you will help define Smartsheet's Enablement strategy including training programs, sales methodology, and ideal seller profiles by leveraging data. You will be expected to drive projects independently, tackle complex analytical challenges, and mentor other analysts. You will work very closely with senior GTM leadership and the Enablement team to inform strategic decision-making. You will be part of a collaborative, motivated team that is instrumental in helping our Go-To Market team achieve its goals by driving pipeline growth, improving onboarding, and executing strategy.

This role requires the capability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience of internal stakeholders. A proven track record of identifying business opportunities and developing innovative solutions, coupled with strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools, is essential.
You will report to our Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics.
Act as a business partner to GTM Leadership to understand and identify essential business questions and challenges
Lead projects to develop answers and solutions to those questions and challenges as well as design KPIs to track results
Present insights to executives that will drive performance improvements and establish scalable process enhancements
Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to track performance and metrics with a specific focus on sales, Customer Experience and technical training, enablement activities and consumption
Report on cause and effect scenarios leveraging cohort analysis, build predictive models, and other statistical analysis
Analyze and monitor data for anomalies, recognizing trends and potential business implications
Work to identify skill gaps amongst front-line roles and propose solutions based on data and analysis
Develop and present data-driven recommendations to Leaders to optimize GTM strategies and improve performance
Generate ad hoc analysis as needed
Communicate effectively across the organization and drive alignment with key stakeholders
Be a mentor and leader to the more junior analysts on the team
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
5+ years of experience in an analytics role with increasing responsibility
Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
Experience designing KPIs and metrics for Enablement teams such as ramp time, training effectiveness, etc.
Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization
Experience working with a business intelligence tool like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
Tableau preferred
Experience with statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis)
Experience publishing and presenting data and findings to executives and non-data users

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

$115,000—$152,500 USD
