RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all pricing & terms decisions within the sales cycle
Build complex pricing models
Analyze price getting and source of revenue walk in deals
Discount & terms exception approvals
Review & approve low tier discounts
Use department guidelines to approve certain terms exception requests
Make recommendations to Deal Desk leadership about approvals
Manage communications with sales reps and deliver approval/rejection context
Drive adoption of quote to cash (Q2C) tools and Deal Desk processes
Monitor and enforce Deal Desk and CRM process compliance
Assist & train on Q2C tools
Participate in projects to improve Deal Desk-related processes for sales
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Solid analytical background and experience with handling large data sets
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Experience/strong interest in using CRM Systems (MS Dynamics) and knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (MSBI) a plus
Soft skills
Critical attention to detail with a high level of accountability
Ability to prioritize at times of high volume
