As part of the Commercial Sales Enablement team, it’s our purpose to empower our Sales teams with the knowledge and content to close more business, faster.
In an ever-evolving market, we need to keep our sales teams in the know with the right content in the most engaging formats to deliver a compelling message to our clients and prospects.
SimCorp is focused on knowledge sharing, with the Sales Enablement team a keystone in collaboration across our commercial teams. You will be working in a vibrant global team of 8 people across Manila, London, Warsaw, and Copenhagen.
You'll work alongside our specialists to administrate, maintain, and grow our HighSpot application for the Commercial organization.
Collaboration is key at SimCorp, and you'll engage with multiple areas of our Commercial organization, including Commercial Development, Revenue Operations, Product and Marketing teams to develop and deliver effective content for the sales organization.
HighSpot is a strategic content single access hub, to deliver a consistent experience for all content and training materials across our Commercial organization.
In your daily work, you’ll collaborate to:
Support HighSpot content and learning management strategy
Monitor/update Highspot user analytics
Optimize the Highspot platform to support the commercial organization to access, organize and share content effectively
Understand needs of the commercial organization and identify plans of how to use Highspot to align with key strategies
Support Sales and wider commercial colleagues in how to use Highspot
Analyze data and metrics from Highspot to understand content engagement and effectiveness
Ensure HighSpot user administration and access
Maintain and enforce content and usage guidelines
Monitor and understand Highspot updates
Become a first-line support contact for Highspot queries from our commercial organization
Take part in building new structures in the current content architecture

Knowledge of and experience of working with Highspot and other sales enablement and content management applications
Experience working with and supporting sales and commercial colleagues
A creative mindset for effective design and structure of Highspot strategy
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools
Effective communication skills
Critical thinking skills to analyze metrics and provide informed recommendations
Ability to collaborate across teams
Advanced English language skills, as it is our corporate language and is used in all communications
Advanced problem-solving skills and a curious mindset to seek alternative approaches
Client-oriented approach
Comfortable with using technology, being comfortable with learning new tools
Skill in managing tasks with minimal supervision, displaying resourcefulness
Ability to write engagement texts, explain difficult ideas
Advantageous to hold:
A good working knowledge of investment management including Asset Management, Insurance and Pension firms
Experience in sales/ working with sales at a fintech
Previous experience in a sales enablement environment, especially using HighSpot as a content hub
