The Analyst, Sales, Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in providing advanced support to the sales team by contributing to strategic planning and in-depth analysis. This position involves spearheading projects that collaborate with various facets of the business while actively participating in the formulation and development of strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leveraging your robust analytical expertise, you will be instrumental in reporting on sales metrics and generating insightful recommendations to enhance team priorities and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with sales leaders and account executives within Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales. Your responsibilities will encompass championing forecasting best practices, delivering comprehensive Sales KPI reporting, and creating consumable data presentations and visualizations. This position requires a heightened level of expertise and strategic thinking to drive the sales team's success.
Job Description and Requirements
Build, maintain, and analyze sales dashboards, KPIs, and operational scorecards
Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, and conversion metrics
Deliver regular reporting on bookings, forecast accuracy, attainment, and trends
Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue performance
Support weekly/monthly forecasting processes across regions or segments
Validate pipeline quality, stage accuracy, and deal hygiene
Partner with Sales leaders to challenge assumptions and improve forecast rigor
Track forecast changes and provide variance analysis
Document, improve, and enforce sales processes (pipeline management, deal reviews, approvals)
Support CRM (e.g., Salesforce) data quality, structure, and adoption
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable, data-backed improvements
Support rollout of new sales processes, tools, or policy changes
Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, Account Executives, and Managers
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement teams
Support global or regional sales initiatives and programs
3+ years of supporting a customer-facing organization.
1+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position.
Strong analytical and problem solving background, working with large sets of data.
Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and help drive projects to completion.
Ability to interact with senior levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures.
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasting concepts
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
88 000 and 132 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
