The Sales Support team plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This team is responsible for supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Their work ensures timely order fulfillment, enhances customer satisfaction, and enables the sales team to focus on strategic growth.
Create, modify, and manage sales quotes using SalesForce CRM
Sync quotes with opportunities to ensure accurate pricing and product details
Support internal sales team through accurate order creation and system updates.
Triage, reassign, amend, and close internal support tickets while tracking pending requests.
Manage lead records, ensuring timely assignment and status updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain process accuracy, and support operational efficiency.
Minimum of 2 years experience of working in a Sales support, Revenue or Finance Operations environment is desirable.
Knowledge of working with systems such as SalesForce is mandatory.
Experience in power BI tools are essential.
Experience of preparation of reports is essential.
Knowledge of processes and Commercial reporting is important .
Knowledge of Revenue Operations and the key drivers for Revenue Operations is essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to generate and analyse reports and queries using Excel.
Minimum working experience with SalesForce is mandatory**.**
Knowledge of reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Highly organised with good time management skills.
Experience managing SharePoint applications would be beneficial.
Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
