As our Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, marketing automation workflows, and event promotion activities across global markets.

This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, lead management, data quality, reporting, and marketing operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly within marketing platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and driving continuous optimization.

This position offers two location options: you can either be based in San José, Costa Rica, or be based in the United States and work remotely.

Essential Job Functions

• Execute digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, email nurtures, and automation workflows using HubSpot or similar platforms.

• Manage lead routing, lead scoring, audience segmentation, and CRM integration processes.

• Support webinar, trade show, and event promotion activities and coordinate post-event lead follow-up.

• Maintain and improve database quality, contact lists, and campaign tracking.

• Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards.

• Monitor and optimize Google Ads and digital marketing activities.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar platforms.

• Experience executing campaigns rather than only managing agencies.

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and their application to content, automation, campaign optimization, and analytics is preferred.

• Experience with lead management, CRM integration, and campaign reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics.

• Experience with web content management systems (CMS), including WordPress; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred.

• Professional certifications in HubSpot and/or Google Ads are a strong plus. Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing automation platforms are also valued.

• Fluent English is required; German is preferred.
