You will be working on our global Salesforce platform that spans Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Growth), Service Cloud, and Data Cloud. It’s high in complexity and includes different apps such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Conga CPQ, Cadalys ITSM, and Salesforce Backup and Recover (formerly Own), among the large ones.
We are looking for a highly qualified and skilled Salesforce expert to join our CRM team in Group IT Enterprise Applications. As our newest Application Specialist, you will get a unique opportunity to play a key role, working across the Salesforce platform in close collaboration with your team members and key stakeholders. You will analyze business requirements and suggest, implement, and maintain innovative and efficient solutions.
In Group IT we are approximately 130 employees, of whom 30 work in Enterprise Applications. We are a highly diverse group with more than ten nationalities, situated in several locations, with the majority in Denmark, the Philippines, and Poland. In the CRM team, you will meet 8 other colleagues, and more are expected to join later in the year.
The department is highly professional, skilled, and adept at the full life cycle of applications (designing, configuring, developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining our internal, mainly cloud-based, applications)—tech stack: Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Atlassian, Microsoft Fabric, Boomi.
Communicate and interact directly with our business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements
Design, configure/develop and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform and in apps part of the Salesforce ecosystem
Provide input to our application strategies and architectural designs
Test the stability and functionality of the application
Take part in maintaining the platform, troubleshoot and fix bugs
Produce documentation and do operational handover
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar
Relevant/several years of experience from a similar position in an international and agile environment
A broad knowledge/experience with the Salesforce object model, the platform, and maintenance thereof, when it comes to configuring and developing using e.g. Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, legacy Process Builder, Platform Events and the Lightning App Builder. From a Salesforce Cloud perspective, you know your way around in either of the following:
Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. We believe you are familiar with Case Management, Email-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Feed Items, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Business Hours, Escalation Rules, Knowledge, the Service Console, and Guest User security.
Revenue Cloud/Agentforce Revenue Management and Sales Cloud. Specifically for Revenue Cloud, we believe you are familiar with overall Quote-to-Cash, product, and price rules, bundles/options configuration, CML, the Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO), and Procedure Plan Apex Hooks. Alternatively, you have similar experience from Conga- or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ implementations or equivalent
Marketing Cloud (Growth and Account Engagement) and Data Cloud + Agentforce experience
Development skills within Lightning components (LWC), legacy Aura and Apex and experience with SOQL/SOSL, VS Code, SFDX or Force.com IDEs and a solid understanding of governor limits and bulkification
Security-awareness in everything you build on the platform around sharing/security model, profiles/permission sets, roles, sharing rules and FLS/CRUD
Salesforce DevOps and release management experience using tools like Copado or Gearset to work with branching strategies and deployment pipelines
High-level collaboration and communication capabilities, enabling smooth interaction between IT and business groups
Fluency in spoken and written English
Available to work in the EMEA time zone
Technically experienced, with capabilities to deliver timely, high-quality solutions
Motivated, intellectually curious, and with the courage to challenge constructively and innovatively
Easy to pivot, detail-oriented, and orderly in work style while operating in agile ways
Skilled at managing significant projects solo or with limited help
Outreaching, service-minded, and customer-oriented
