1mind is building the next generation of revenue teams.
We are creating a new category of enterprise software: Autonomous Customer Experience. Our platform deploys Superhumans, go-to-market teammates with a face, a voice, and a GTM brain that serve the buyer across the entire journey with one continuous memory. They engage, demo, onboard, and support in the moments no company could ever staff, so the handoffs disappear and growth stops leaking.
Join us as we define the category and build the platform that powers the next generation of revenue teams. When the buyer wins, the company wins. Every1 Wins.
At 1mind, our Go-to-market (GTM) team is building the revenue engine for a product that’s changing how companies go to market. We need enablement that can keep pace.
We’re hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to build and run the programs that help our revenue team get productive faster, stay sharp as the business evolves, and deliver a consistent experience across the customer journey.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Enablement and partners across GTM to own high-impact programs from start to finish. That includes onboarding, ongoing enablement, customer education, content development, training and priority initiatives that shift as the needs of the business change.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes building useful programs, improving what already exists, and staying close to what the team actually needs.
Own onboarding for new GTM hires across sales and customer-facing roles, helping people ramp faster and more consistently
Build ongoing enablement programs that keep the team current as our product, market, and GTM motions evolve
Design enablement across pre and post-sales so the customer experience feels connected from the first conversation through adoption and growth
Build customer education programs that help customers adopt, expand, and succeed with 1mind
Lead high-priority enablement programs tied to company initiatives, from scoping through delivery and measurement
Deliver live and async training, including workshops, role plays, and certifications
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to make sure enablement stays aligned to business needs
Use AI to improve the quality and reach of enablement programs and help the GTM team work more effectively with AI
Measure outcomes including ramp time, productivity, certification, adoption, and revenue impact, then use those insights to improve programs
5+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or revenue enablement, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Experience building enablement programs from scratch and improving them as the business scales
Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design, with good judgment about when to apply formal learning practices and when to keep things simple
Strong facilitation and communication skills with both individual contributors and leaders
Comfort using AI as part of your day-to-day work and curiosity about how it can improve GTM and enablement
A practical, data-driven approach to measuring whether programs are working
The ability to move quickly and make progress in an environment where priorities can change
Familiarity with common enablement tools such as LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM platforms
Experience managing enablement content, knowledge bases, or content libraries, ideally in Notion or a similar CMS
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, or similar
Experience applying AI within sales or enablement workflows, supporting multiple GTM motions, or working in an early-stage or scaling company is a plus.
This is an opportunity to help define a new category at one of the most exciting moments in enterprise AI. You’ll work alongside a team of builders who move quickly, take ownership, and care deeply about solving meaningful problems. If you’re energized by ambiguity, excited to shape what’s next, and want your work to have an outsized impact, we’d love to meet you!
