NavVis is on a mission to digitize the physical world — enabling organizations across industries to capture, manage, and share spatial data at scale. As we grow our presence in the Japanese market through our Reseller network, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Worldwide Sales Operations team.
This is a great entry point into international Sales Operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, help keep our Japan channel running smoothly, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools. If you are a Japanese-speaking student with an interest in business operations and technology, we would love to hear from you.
Serve as a day-to-day communication link between NavVis and our Japan Reseller, helping to relay information, follow up on requests, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Assist in translating or summarizing operational communications between Japanese and English.
Help prepare materials and updates for Reseller check-ins and business reviews.
Support the creation and maintenance of quotes for the Japan channel, working from templates and guidelines provided by the team.
Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals to ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and update records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), keeping data clean and up to date.
Assist with order entry and basic order tracking tasks.
Help pull together regular reports and update dashboards in Power BI based on existing templates.
Support the team with ad hoc data tasks such as data clean-up, list management, and simple analysis.
Native or near-native Japanese (written and spoken) — essential for communicating effectively with our Japan Reseller.
Good English skills to work comfortably within our international team.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field.
A basic understanding of how B2B sales or reseller/channel business works is a plus.
Genuine interest in sales operations and how commercial teams run behind the scenes.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Familiarity with a CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a nice-to-have.
Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage, but we will support you in learning.
Organized and reliable — you follow through on tasks and flag issues early.
Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a collaborative, supportive team.
Curious about technology and interested in NavVis's mission to digitize the physical world.
