Join our Digital Marketing organization and be part of a high-impact team driving automation, efficiency, and innovation through the PAAD (PPI, Automation, AI & Data Science) initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and applying automation and AI to deliver real business value at scale.
Analyze and document digital marketing processes end-to-end
Apply PPI, Lean, and root cause analysis techniques to identify improvement opportunities
Reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance process quality
Track and report benefits delivered through automation initiatives
Design and implement workflow and RPA solutions using:
Microsoft Power Automate
UiPath or Blue Prism
Automate repetitive, rule-based tasks such as data handling, reporting refreshes, system updates, and approvals
Create clear process and solution documentation
Ensure solutions meet enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
Support AI-enabled use cases (e.g., content assistance, document processing, intelligent workflows)
Partner with IT and data teams to support AI integrations
Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring outputs are reviewed and used appropriately
Work closely with Digital Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Business Excellence teams
Translate business needs into scalable, practical automation solutions
Support change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or digital transformation
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism
Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
Experience with Digital Marketing Operations or Marketing Tech tools
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery models
