Ecosystem Resale Enablement Analyst

We are looking for an Ecosystem Resale Enablement Analyst to support the complete lifecycle of ecosystem resale opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, commercial accuracy, and successful collaboration across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

The position will be based in Madrid in a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office-based collaboration where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have valid authorization to work in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resale opportunities from qualification through closure, ensuring complete and accurate deal records, approvals, registrations, and audit readiness.
• Gather and document customer requirements, define product scope, and validate opportunities against resale readiness policies and governance controls.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout onboarding, renewals, contract execution, reconciliation, and closure activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute deal qualification and validation activities in accordance with ecosystem resale processes and internal compliance requirements.
• Prepare deal classification assessments and support resale margin and commercial scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain operating models defining stakeholder responsibilities, escalation paths, approval workflows, and service levels.
• Coordinate client and partner onboarding processes and ensure operational readiness for transaction execution.
• Reconcile contractual, operational, delivery, and payment information to ensure closure accuracy and audit compliance.
• Monitor renewal activities, identify risks affecting opportunity progression, and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications

Must have requirements

• 1-4 years of professional experience in ecosystem resale, channel operations, partner management, commercial operations, deal lifecycle management, or related business functions.
• 1-4 years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders in complex business environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics...
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
• Fluent Spanish (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results within established timelines.
• It is required to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Nice to have

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in ecosystem resale enablement environments.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience supporting deal registration, partner onboarding, contract administration, or commercial operations.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience performing commercial, profitability, pricing, or margin analysis activities.
• Experience working within multinational organizations with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting renewal management, cross-functional coordination, and operational governance processes.
