The Role
We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join Hårklinikken as we continue to develop and grow our global ecommerce business.
We operate six Shopify sites across the US, UK, EU, Denmark, Iceland and the UAE, with the US representing our largest growth market and subscriptions playing a central role in our model.
You will own the CRM and lifecycle journey across our markets, building the communication, flows and experiences that help turn first-time clients into long-term relationships. From onboarding and treatment support to subscriptions, repeat purchase, loyalty and win-back, you will help clients stay engaged, consistent and cared for throughout their journey with us.
Working hands-on in Klaviyo and Recharge, you will use data and customer insights to understand where clients engage, where they drop off and what helps them stay. You will continuously test and improve the lifecycle journey, with a particular focus on the first 90 days and subscription retention.
Success in this role means improving 90-day retention, increasing the number of subscribers who stay for at least three deliveries, strengthening repeat purchase rates and growing CRM revenue across markets.
You will track cohorts and LTV by market and share what you learn, helping those insights shape our wider acquisition and ecommerce activities.
Primary Relationships
You will report to the Global Director of Ecommerce and work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager as part of our ecommerce team in Copenhagen.
You will also collaborate closely with Brand, our clinics and our Client Care Teams, particularly around campaigns, the client journey, loyalty and client feedback.
You will work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, providing clear briefs for CRM campaigns and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
Klaviyo. Build and run flows, segments, campaigns and SMS across six markets, working with our Content Marketing Manager who develops copy from your briefs.
The first 90 days. Own the onboarding journey for new clients, helping them start their treatment right and stay with it.
Subscriptions in Recharge. Manage sign-ups, retention, churn and win-back, testing what helps subscribers stay longer.
Consultation to treatment. Develop booking reminders and post-consultation flows that help turn consultations into lasting treatments, both in our clinics and at home.
Loyalty, reviews and client feedback. Work closely with our Client Care Team to understand where clients get stuck and what brings them back.
The campaign calendar. Coordinate the campaign calendar so CRM, the site and paid media go live at the same time with the same message.
Core Competencies
This role requires strong CRM and lifecycle experience combined with a hands-on, structured and analytical approach. You are comfortable working with data, understanding customer behaviour and turning insights into actions that strengthen retention.
You keep many moving parts on track and care about the client, not just the open rate. You understand how to grow retention through value rather than discounts, and you know when one email is one too many. You don't need to tick every box to be the right fit. We would love to hear from you if you bring strong CRM or lifecycle experience, a customer-focused mindset, a genuine interest in building relationships that last and supporting our mission
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally within DTC ecommerce.
Strong hands-on Klaviyo skills, with experience building flows, segments and templates yourself.
Experience with subscriptions, ideally Recharge.
A track record of delivering results that you can demonstrate through data.
Confidence working with data, with the ability to read a cohort and understand what to test next.
Fluent English.
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience working across several markets or Shopify storefronts, ideally including the US.
Experience with a premium beauty, wellness or personal care brand with a regimen or subscription model.
Experience with loyalty or review platforms.
Proficiency in a Scandinavian language.
Who Are We?
Founded in 1992 in Copenhagen, Hårklinikken is a leading scalp and hair health clinic with more than 30 years of experience. We help clients achieve optimal scalp health and long-lasting hair gain, combining expert guidance with clean and gentle products formulated to support healthy hair growth.
Our approach began with Hårklinikken’s founder and lead researcher, Lars Skjøth, who developed a diagnostic, consultation-based approach centred around understanding each client’s individual scalp and hair needs. Today, The Hårklinikken Method brings together decades of expertise with the personalised care that has been at the heart of Hårklinikken from the beginning.
Clients come to us in different ways, whether through a consultation or by discovering and purchasing our products online. Through virtual consultations or in person at our clinics in New York, Beverly Hills, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Dubai and Reykjavik, our Hair Specialists combine their expertise with an individual assessment of each client’s scalp, hair, lifestyle and environment to create a personalised regimen designed around their specific needs.
However their journey begins, we are here to guide and support our clients along the way. From helping them find what is right for their individual needs to supporting them in achieving the best possible results, we want every client to feel confident, understood and cared for throughout their Hårklinikken journey.
We’re on a mission to help as many people as possible achieve fuller, stronger, healthier hair with products that are powered by science, perfected by experts and proven by over 100,000 clients.
