Taylor & Francis Group have an exciting opportunity to join our CRM team as Marketing Automation Coordinator and begin on a path that can take you through to becoming a certified Marketing Cloud or Pardot specialist!
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in email/digital marketing who is keen to help colleagues realise their marketing goals through CRM technology.

Work with our Marketing Automation Managers and marketing stakeholders to deliver automated email programmes
Apply changes to automated processes to refine audience segmentation, data selections and email personalisation
Run regular reports to support the efficient running of our marketing automation programmes
Maintain project and programme documentation
Perform regular checks on marketing automations and manage exception reporting
Build and maintain compliant email templates to support the wider marketing teams and their campaign requirements
Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and standards around email and automated marketing and ensure key information is shared appropriately
Understand the overall marketing technology stack and how it works together to deliver on sales & marketing requirements
An interest in email marketing, CRM and marketing automation
A desire to learn
Experience in a sales or marketing environment
Experience in delivering email/automated marketing
Experience of working with Email Service Provider technology
HTML skills and ability to prepare and optimize images for use online
An understanding of industry best practice

The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our offices to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time, with those 3 days a week spent in our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
Please note that our Milton Park office will be relocating to Oxford city centre in late 2027 / early 2028, offering an exciting new workplace in the heart of the city.
