Are you a Salesforce professional who thrives on data integrity and high-level automation? We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our U.S.-based marketing engine. This is a "System Guardian" role—you will ensure our Salesforce instance is pristine, our Zapier automations are firing without error, and our lead attribution is 100% accurate. Salesforce Administration: Lead the day-to-day health of our Salesforce environment. Manage objects, reporting, and dashboard integrity to provide real-time marketing insights.
Automation Architecture: Build, monitor, and troubleshoot complex Zapier workflows and Salesforce automations to ensure a seamless data flow from lead-capture to CRM.
Lead Attribution & Data Audits: Conduct regular audits of our attribution systems. You are responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in marketing analytics and reporting.
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 1–2 technical lead for workflow bottlenecks, Salesforce sync errors, and WordPress plugin conflicts.
CMS & Website Support: Manage WordPress updates and ensure website-to-CRM automation triggers are functioning correctly.
Operational Triage: Coordinate with technical vendors, manage executive project trackers, and ensure no technical "open items" fall through the cracks.
Salesforce Expertise: Required: 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Data Management).
Automation Mastery: Proven track record of building and maintaining multi-step workflows in Zapier.
CMS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of WordPress maintenance and CMS-to-CRM integrations.
Communication: Exceptional written English for real-time, high-stakes collaboration with U.S. leadership.
Availability: Must be able to work the Fixed US Night Shift (EST/CST) with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Q: Is this a general "Virtual Assistant" role?
A: No. This is a technical Salesforce Admin position. While it includes operational support, the core of the role is managing CRM integrity, lead attribution, and technical automations.
Q: Does the role require Salesforce Certification?
A: While a certification is a strong plus, we prioritize hands-on experience. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage Salesforce objects and complex reporting during the technical interview.
