Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and management. The role involves daily campaign setup, data monitoring and analysis, deal hunting, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization to drive business goals. Proactive, highly organized with project management experience and strong communication skills.
Campaign & Channel Setup: Set up campaigns and configurations on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and promotional mechanics. • Operational Execution: Conduct daily monitoring deal hunting and campaign progress to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. • Cross-Department & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments to plan, execute, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across functions.
Briefing & Asset Management: Prepare detailed briefs and asset requests to facilitate campaign execution, coordinate with internal UED, onsite & traffic team. • Performance Analysis & Data Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to improve results.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools • Basic analytical skills, data tracking and consumer insights.
Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations or campaign management.
English as working language, Spanish & Italian is a plus.
Relevant experience:
Online store management, brand ecommerce store product management • Marketplace/ecommerce project management
Ad platform campaign management (google, meta, etc.) ad campaign creation & operation
Marketing agency roles, profile, creative briefing, etc.
Consultative selling skills
Client-facing product knowledge

Salary: 19.744 € gross/year + up to 2.961,54 € gross/year in bonus
