What you will do:

As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our commercial organization. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making and ensure operational excellence across our revenue-generating teams.

Performance Reporting: Own, design, and continuously improve monthly performance reporting across Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and business relevance

Bonus & Commission Management: Take full ownership of commission and bonus calculations, ensuring flawless execution, timely payouts, and full transparency in calculation logic and communication

Dashboard Ownership: Build and maintain scalable, real-time dashboards (Looker, Databox, or similar) that provide a clear and actionable view of funnel and revenue performance

Individual Performance Reporting: Deliver high-quality individual performance insights that empower commercial teams and leaders to track progress and drive results

Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support and enhance forecasting processes and pipeline management, improving visibility, accuracy, and conversion across the sales funnel

Ad Hoc Analysis: Lead deep-dive analyses on key business questions (e.g., conversion drivers, churn trends, onboarding performance, variance analysis) to inform strategic decisions

What you bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Finance (e.g., FP&A, Sales Finance, Business Controlling) within a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred

  • Exceptional analytical capability paired with a strong sense of ownership, you take responsibility for outputs where precision truly matters

  • Advanced Excel modelling skills, with the ability to build robust, scalable models (e.g., commission calculators, forecasting models, sensitivity analyses) from scratch

  • Experience working with CRM systems and BI tools such as Looker, Databox, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Highly detail-oriented, with rigorous standards for data accuracy, validation, and consistency

  • Clear and structured communicator, able to translate complex data and logic into simple, actionable insights for commercial stakeholders

  • Strong commercial curiosity and motivation to work close to the “engine room” of a business

  • Proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset, you seek ownership, challenge, and continuous improvement

  • A strong belief that AI enhances how we work, combined with a willingness to experiment with the latest models.
