Deliver Salesforce Field Service assistance throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, ensuring smooth operations.
Offer technical gaming knowledge, and support to the Service Administration team.
Detect, document, and explore opportunities and problems within Salesforce Field Service.
Generate and provide Salesforce reports to various business areas.
Maintain and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training to users, ensuring they use the platform effectively.
Proven Salesforce knowledge and experience, with a focus on Field Service.
Sound knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with Electronic Gaming Machines is a plus.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
Strong communication abilities, capable of providing training and assistance to diverse teams.
Ambitious, diligent, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
