The Replenishment & Sales Analyst is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory flow, in-stock performance, and replenishment execution across Walmart while providing analytical support to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning Teams, Customer Replenishment, and Walmart teams to monitor demand trends, manage item replenishment, analyze business performance, and support item management. The position serves as a key contributor in maintaining inventory health, identifying opportunities, and supporting retail execution through accurate data management and reporting.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, in-stock performance, and replenishment metrics to minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
Analyze demand trends, forecasts, and sales patterns to support replenishment strategies and inventory planning.
Review replenishment needs and collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve inventory, allocation, and forecasting issues.
Monitor Walmart replenishment systems and identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity.
Perform OTIF (On-Time In-Full) reviews and partner with internal teams to address service concerns.
Track and communicate price changes, item transitions, and inventory impacts.
Support new item launches, replenishment setup, modular conversions, matrix management, and pre-pack execution.
Maintain item attributes and product information required for replenishment accuracy.
Participate in testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives impacting replenishment operations.
Monitor key performance indicators including in-stock levels, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, and inventory productivity.
Develop and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
Analyze sales trends, promotional performance, and category results to identify business opportunities and risks.
Support Walmart sales planning through data analysis and actionable insights.
Review item-level performance and recommend actions to drive sales growth and improve inventory productivity.
Partner with Sales teams to evaluate assortment changes, new item launches, and pricing impacts.
Maintain data accuracy across retailer systems and internal reporting platforms.
Assist with item setup, item verification, Walmart item descriptions, and content management activities as needed.
Prepare recurring sales summaries, business reviews, and analytical presentations for internal and customer-facing meetings.
Maintain documentation, reporting files, and operational records.
Coordinate invoices, office-related vendor support, and routine administrative tasks.
Manage sample inventory, data organization, and departmental records.
Provide general support for cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales analytics, category management, or retail operations.
Experience supporting Walmart or major retail customers preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, or replenishment systems preferred.
Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
