As an Operations Lead (OL) within Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME), you will serve as the single operational owner for your Line of Business. You will drive clarity, prioritization, and scalable execution by owning the enablement roadmap, establishing consistent planning and operating rhythms, and ensuring critical information flow across GTME, COE partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The OL role is organizational-priority focused, operating across a longer time horizon to ensure GTME programs are sequenced, resourced, and operationalized in alignment with true business priorities. You will partner closely with Go-To-Market Enablement, Sales, Customer Success and cross-functional leaders including, but not limited to, Product Marketing, Insights, Sales Ops, Pricing to ensure that programs are properly scoped and resourced, timelines are accurate, and leaders are engaged and informed of key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of operational ownership for all programs and initiatives being operationalized across the LOB you support by collaborating closely with ELs, LOB leaders and COE team members.
Drive quarterly and annual roadmap planning by streamlining cross-functional intake, prioritization, and sequencing based on business impact
Establish and run the rhythm of the business, including prioritization reviews, QBRs, leadership updates, and feedback loops
Partner with Program Managers to ensure Tier 1 initiatives are aligned to roadmap priorities, properly resourced, and positioned for successful execution
Identify & assist with operational bottlenecks and collaborate with technology operations team to drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and scalable processes
Partner with Sales Ops and/or GMTE Insights teams to connect enablement data to business and performance metrics, supporting data-informed prioritization and decisioning
Lead stakeholder management across GTME and cross-functional partners, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared accountability
Integrate change management into GTME operating models to drive adoption, sustainability, and long-term impact
Own and deliver the articulation of LOB value story, translating GBO’s prioritized business goals to enablement program outcomes that drive measurable impact
Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process innovation
Participate and drive experiments relating to GTME / LOB operational processes and drive change management where applicable
Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS degree or related practical experience
5+ years of experience in program management or project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong inclination toward program and people management
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
Experience working in tech, digital and/or Education or Learning space
Experience working with or in sales teams and in SaaS businesses
Experience working on or in global Enterprise businesses
Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
Ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
Experience with change management a plus
PMP Certification a plus
MBA or advanced degree a plus

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $116,000 - $189,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
