Business Systems Analyst

We're looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst, to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for providing both technical and functional support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications throughout the organization. Your efforts will help ensure everything runs smoothly, users are happy, and our systems align seamlessly with our business processes.

This is a full time, permanent position, reporting to the Business Systems Manager. We also offer flexible, hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users, resolving queries and issues.

  • Onboard new users and manage access permissions.

  • Assist with workflows, templates, and automations within D365.

  • Collaborate with internal developers to implement system enhancements.

  • Assist with data migration and integration efforts with other business systems (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint).

  • Maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.

  • Participate in strategy meetings to improve system usage and adoption.

  • Stay updated on D365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Business Central.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or C# for basic troubleshooting.

  • Experience with system integration and data migration.

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are advantageous.

  • Experience with Azure integrations or cloud-based infrastructure.
