Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRMA Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for building scalable analytics assets, delivering actionable business insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CRM Analytics (previously known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics) along with a strong foundation in Salesforce development and platform capabilities. This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into high-impact analytics solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions to support business reporting and analytics needs.

• Build and optimize datasets, dataflows, recipes, dashboards, lenses, and advanced analytics applications.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that provide actionable business insights.

• Integrate Salesforce data with external systems, data warehouses, and third-party data sources.

• Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and analytics architectures for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams to ensure analytics solutions align with enterprise goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, performance, and analytics-related issues.

• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across analytics platforms.

• Document technical solutions, data models, and analytics processes.

• Support future UI modernization initiatives by leveraging and expanding knowledge of React-based development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with significant experience in CRM Analytics.

• Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

• Dashboard and Report Development

• Dataflows and Recipes

• Dataset Design and Management

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including:

• Lightning Experience

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Apex

• SOQL

• Salesforce Configuration

• Experience integrating Salesforce data with external systems and enterprise data sources.

• Strong understanding of:

• Data Modeling

• ETL Processes

• Data Transformation

• Analytics Performance Optimization

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related challenges and deliver scalable solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

• Willingness and aptitude to learn and adopt React-based development approaches for future Salesforce user experience initiatives.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Platform Developer, or related Salesforce certifications are preferred.
