Accountabilities

  • Define the strategic framework for meetings and events in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and execution of meetings.
  • Influence stakeholders and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of major congresses and events.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for all events.
  • Design and optimize strategies for Speaker Bureau and field engagement.
  • Manage vendor strategy and performance across various initiatives.
  • Oversee budgeting for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing or operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic projects without direct authority.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
