As our CRM Manager, you will own and evolve the way Patient21 communicates with its customers and leads across the entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing our CRM infrastructure โ primarily in HubSpot โ while developing content and automated workflows that drive engagement, retention and growth.
This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership. You will set your own goals, measure your own success and work autonomously to make it happen.

Remote work opportunity
Own and manage our HubSpot CRM: pipelines, contact management, segmentation, sequences and reporting
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, onboarding flows and lifecycle communications
Create compelling content for automated workflows across all channels (e-mail, SMS, in-app messages) and nurture sequences
Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve customer experience
Report on performance with clear, data-driven insights
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Product
Continuously test, iterate and optimize campaigns based on data
2+ years of experience in a CRM, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing role
Hands-on experience with common CRM tools (workflows, sequences, reporting, pipelines)
Strong content creation skills โ you can write clear, engaging copy that converts
Confident and skilled use (of established) AI tools
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Highly self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to measure โ you define it yourself
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
Nice to have:
Experience with HubSpot
Experience with additional automation tools (eg Make, Zapier, n8n, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce)
German language skills โ a genuine plus given our market
Background in SaaS, HealthTech or a B2B environment
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
